Dear Students and Families,

As winter weather settles in, we want to remind families to ensure students are dressing appropriately for the cold, including coats, hats, and gloves for the bus stop or outdoor recess whenever conditions allow.

Please also remember that if a two-hour delay falls on a Wednesday, we do not follow our usual Wednesday early-release schedule—students will dismiss at the regular time.

We’re excited for our upcoming band and choir concert, where our talented students will showcase the hard work they’ve put into their music this semester.

NWEA testing begins next week, and we appreciate your support in helping students get plenty of rest and arrive ready to do their best.

Below is the information about winter sports for sixth grade students.

MVIS will be offering 4 sessions of Peer Tutoring and Study Skills. These sessions will take place in the MVIS library on Thursdays at 7:30 AM.

Sessions 2-4 Peer Tutoring (Middle and High School National Honor Society Tutors)

Session 3: Jan 15th - Feb 26th

Session 4: April 2nd - April 30th
